What does "all-inclusive" actually include?
Every package bundles your accommodation at the private Tofino retreat, florals by Evoke Floral, ceremony coordination, and Pacific Rim permit handling. Higher tiers add styling, vendor teams, and extended stays. The full breakdown is on the Packages page.
Do you publish pricing?
Yes. Packages start at $4,300 and the tiers are listed openly so you can compare before you ever inquire. Final pricing depends on date, guest count, and any add-ons.
How many guests can attend?
These are intimate elopements — built for the two of you and a small circle. Exact guest capacity depends on the ceremony location and the retreat; we confirm numbers during planning.
Do we need a permit to get married on the beach?
Often, yes. Ceremonies in and around Pacific Rim National Park Reserve require a Parks Canada permit, and some beaches have access limits. We confirm the requirements for your spot and handle the permit as part of coordination.
When should we book?
Peak season (late spring through early fall) books well ahead. If you have a target date, inquire early — we hold a limited number of dates and the retreat is part of every package.
Is accommodation really included?
Yes. The private retreat is owned, not rented per-event, so your stay for the celebration is built into the package — not a separate booking you have to chase.
Can you arrange photography, hair, and makeup?
Yes. Depending on the tier, these are either coordinated for you or arranged as add-ons. Tell us what you want and we assemble the team.
