Tofino Elopement
A couple walking together through the Tofino rainforest on their elopement day

How it works

From inquiry to “I do,” without the logistics.

An elopement should feel like the easy choice. Here's the path we walk with every couple — including the part most people don't know to ask about: park permits.

  1. 01

    Inquire

Send your dates and the day you have in mind. We reply with availability and the package that fits — no obligation, real pricing up front.

  2. 02

    Design your day

We shape the details together: ceremony spot, florals by Evoke, timing, and any vendors you want added. You approve; we book.

  3. 03

    Permits, handled

Ceremonies in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve require a permit. We confirm requirements and handle the paperwork on your behalf.

  4. 04

    Arrive & settle in

You travel to Tofino and move into the private retreat. Everything is set — you only have to be present.

  5. 05

    Elope

You marry on the coast, then return to a place that is already yours for the night. No tear-down, no logistics — just the day.

Good to know

A note on Pacific Rim permitting.

Ceremonies on the beaches in and around Pacific Rim National Park Reserve are subject to Parks Canada permitting, and some locations carry access limits. We confirm what’s required for your chosen spot and handle the permit as part of coordination — so the legal side is never left to you.

Specific licensing and ceremony-location availability are confirmed during planning.
